Team Management

The Team Management area is where you grow and tune your team: invite agents and admins, set their roles, and configure how many chats each agent can handle.
Who can use this
Team Management is available to Account Managers, Supervisors, Admins, and Owners. Only Owners and Admins can invite members and change roles.
