Create Your Account
Sign up for ChatFlow, set up your organization, and invite your team in a few minutes.
Getting started with ChatFlow takes just a few minutes. This guide covers signing up, setting up your organization, and inviting your team.
Sign up
Go to the sign-up page and choose how to sign in:
- Continue with Google for one-click sign-up, or
- Email and password to create an account manually.
Every new account starts on a free trial, so you can build and test a chatbot right away.
Set up your organization
After signing up, a short setup guides you through naming your organization, answering a few onboarding questions so ChatFlow can tailor your setup, and (optionally) inviting team members by email. As the person who creates the workspace, you become its Owner.
Land on your dashboard
Once setup is complete, you arrive at your dashboard. From here you can create chatbots, review conversations, connect channels, and manage your organization.

Check your role any time
You can see your role in any organization on your Profile page, under My Details. Only Owners and Admins can change member roles.
