New Customer Sign-Up Flow

Getting started with ChatFlow is a breeze! Follow these simple steps to begin your journey towards enhanced customer support.


Create an Account

Visit our sign-up page by clicking on the "Sign Up" button located in the top right corner of our home page. Sign Up

Choose your preferred authentication method: Sign up using Google Authentication. Alternatively, go for the traditional manual sign-up by entering your email and creating a secure password of your choice.

Organization Setup and Team Onboarding

After successfully signing up, you'll be directed to the Organization Setup and Team Onboarding section.

In this section, you can: Provide your organization's name. Invite team members to join your organization. Confirm the setup of your organization.


Once you've completed these steps, you'll be guided to your dashboard screen, where you can start managing your ChatFlow account and its features.
