AI receptionist · Florida insurance agencies

An AI receptionist for Florida insurance agencies.Ready when the storm hits.

After a storm, policyholders call in waves. Echo answers several calls at the same time, takes the claim details and policy number, and queues a callback for an agent, so your team works a list instead of a voicemail box.

Echo is part of the Enterprise plan. We set it up with you.

A tree fell on my car during the storm. How do I start a claim?

ChatFlow AI

I am sorry, that is stressful. I will take the details for your agent so they can start the claim with you. What is your name, your policy number if you have it, and the best number to call back?

Customer wrote in English, so ChatFlow answered in English.

The calls you get

The calls Florida insurance agencies cannot afford to miss.

Each one is answered, recorded and turned into something your team can act on.

  • First notice of loss after a storm

Echo takes the caller's name, policy number and what happened, and queues it for an agent to open the claim.

  • Quote and coverage questions

Echo answers general questions from the information you provide and takes details for a quote callback.

  • Renewals and payment questions

Routine questions answered from your materials, with a callback request for anything account-specific.

  • Spanish-speaking policyholders

A Spanish line handles the whole call in Spanish, with the transcript saved for your agents.

What Echo does

On every call, day or night.

Everything below is part of Echo today.

  • Answers every call, 24/7

Echo picks up day and night and answers from the information you give it: services, hours, locations, policies.

  • Takes callback requests

When a caller needs your team, Echo takes their name and number, reads it back, and adds a callback request to your queue.

  • Records and summarises every call

Each call is recorded and transcribed, with a short summary so your team knows what happened without listening back.

  • English, Spanish, French or Portuguese

Each Echo line speaks the language you choose, so a Spanish line handles Spanish-speaking callers from start to finish.

  • Connects to your team when set up

Add a transfer number and Echo can hand a caller to a person, with a short summary of the call.

  • Outbound follow-up calls

Echo can also run outbound call campaigns, such as reminders and follow-ups, and book meetings on those calls.

It never binds coverage or settles claims

Echo does not quote premiums, bind coverage or make claim decisions. It collects details for your licensed agents and adjusters to act on.

Questions

Before you book the call.

What owners ask us first about Echo.

How do I get Echo?

Echo is part of the ChatFlow Enterprise plan. Book a 15-minute call, tell us how your phones work, and we set Echo up with you. Pricing is based on your call volume.

Can Echo book appointments?

Not on an inbound call today. Echo takes the caller's details and preferred times and adds a callback request for your team. Booking is available on Echo's outbound call campaigns.

Which languages does Echo speak?

Each Echo line speaks the language you choose, including English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Can my team take over a call?

Yes, when you add a transfer number Echo can connect the caller to a person with a short summary. Without one, it takes a callback request.

Can Echo look up a policy?

On Enterprise, Echo can connect to some account systems for policy lookups. We confirm on the call whether yours is supported; otherwise Echo takes the policy number for your agent.

How is call data protected?

ChatFlow runs on SOC 2 Type II-certified infrastructure (our hosting providers) and is pursuing its own ISO 27001 certification. ChatFlow does not currently hold its own SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 certification. For Enterprise customers we offer HIPAA-ready configurations with a signed DPA and BAA on request; all plans are secured with industry-standard encryption.
